Across these projects, I owned product design end-to-end — from UX architecture and user flows to design systems, production-ready UI and implementation support.

In EMCD and Glambase, I also led a small design team and worked close to product strategy: shaping the product vision, prioritizing flows, simplifying complex systems and helping ship real product features.
