[On-chain participation system]

Designing fair access through scoring systems

CoinOffering overview

Context

CoinOffering was an early-stage product exploring a new model of fair token launches and on-chain user participation.

The goal was to rethink traditional token distribution by introducing transparent mechanics, user scoring, and incentive-driven participation.

The product combined wallet data, social signals, and on-platform activity into a unified system that determined user allocation and access.

My role

As Founding Product & Design Lead, I led the end-to-end product design across key areas:

  • Designed the core launch mechanics and participation flows
  • Built wallet connection and onboarding experience
  • Defined the scoring system (Diamond Score) based on on-chain and social signals
  • Structured user journeys across allocation, leaderboard, and engagement loops
  • Designed mobile-first interfaces and scalable product architecture

Vision

The goal was to design a transparent participation system for token launches — replacing opaque allocations with measurable user contribution.

The product centered around a scoring framework that determined access and allocation based on multiple signals:

  • on-chain wallet activity
  • social participation and referrals
  • platform engagement
  • long-term holding behavior (USD-days)

The system aimed to create fairer token distribution mechanics while incentivizing meaningful community participation.
